By accessing and using our website, participating in our workshops, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Scope of Services

We provide comprehensive UX research and wireframe prototyping workshop services designed specifically for design studios in Vancouver. Our services include expert-led training sessions on user journey mapping, interactive wireframing techniques, and research methodologies that enhance your design process. We offer both in-person and virtual workshop options tailored to meet the unique needs of your team. These services are intended to develop your team's skills in user-centered design and help you create more effective digital products.

User Obligations

As a user or workshop participant, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment
• Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during workshops and training sessions
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff or other participants
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for workshops or services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, designs, and resources provided during our workshops, including but not limited to templates, frameworks, case studies, and instructional materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal or business purposes. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without our explicit written permission. Your own work products created during workshops remain your property, subject to our ability to use them as case studies or examples for educational purposes.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from attending our workshops. While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of our content. Your use of our services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your reliance on our materials or services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to our business, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations incurred prior to termination. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
